Mock Graveyards...because not enough really dead?

An Israeli man looks at military cardboard targets set by protesters outside the Prime Minister's office in Jerusalem Friday, Sept. 1, 2006. Israeli reserve soldiers placed 117 cardboard targets, the number of soldiers killed during the fighting in Lebanon, in front of the Prime Minister's office in Jerusalem, as part of their campaign demanding his and other political and military leaders resignations. I missed this story on the Jerusalem Post site, but suspect we haven't seen the last of conflicted Israelis demonstrating Jerusalem. While willing to do what needs to be done when asked, no Israeli today wants to die without real, tangible results coming from it. Far too many have been dying senselessly in pigu'im (terrorist assaults) for far too many years in a row now, six going on fifty-eight.
